What's on the floor

Shooting floor

Open main floor with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. Vaulted ceilings. Natural light you can actually shoot against, plus a full strobe kit when the sun moves on.

Commercial kitchen

Full prep and cook kitchen on the floor. Food gets made on set, plated hot, photographed live. Recipe development and styling happen in the same room as the shoot.

Wood shop

In-house shop for custom set builds. Saws, clamps, paint, the works. Flats and risers that fit your frame, built the day of or the day before.

Prop + wardrobe rooms

Ever-growing inventory of furniture, soft goods, kitchenware, home goods. A wardrobe and makeup suite for talent days. Use what's here or bring what you need.

Client lounge + conference

Private lounge, conference table, and offices for remote review, agency calls, or just a place to sit between setups. Wifi strong enough to tether a whole team.

Logistics

Double-door equipment access at the rear. On-site parking. Easy load-in for grip trucks, food deliveries, and art department drops. No freight elevator, no hallway geometry.

Half-day and full-day rates. Overnights and multi-day holds on request. Rates depend on crew size and what you're building, so we quote per project rather than list a price that won't fit.
